In Five Years Time.

So, remember I said it was my birthday?
Well, this is part two, the part that's all about my buddy/gorgeous boy Phil.
It starts off about ten minutes to twelve on the 5th of March 2010, my phone rings. My friend Kristen on the other side wishing me a happy birthday planning to be the last person I talk to while 18. Her plan: failed. As soon as I put it down, my phone rings again, Philip on the other side. Planning to kick Kristen's plan's ass. Which he did, by also being the last person to talk to me on my birthday as well.

Today I got my present from him in the post.

I was super excited, and super nervous, cause all I got told was that it was super kitsch. (And really, Phil, I did not feel like having to tell you I don't like what you got me.) But Turns out he got me this awesome shirt, to fully match his awesome shirt.

Along with that he went and got me a jersey, that is too kitsch for life, but is actually so warm and comfy that I don't know why I want to wear anything else ever again. He also wrote me two very lovely letters, plastered with very cute stickers all over. It was all just too amazing, I laughed a lot and loved it to bits.

Thank you Philip for my presents.
I love you.

Death For My Birthday.

Category: , , , , , , ,

So it's been ages. I'm sorry, but in a not-really-sorry-kind-of-way. You see I went on vacation. And it was amazing. And I can't say I really cared that this didn't get updated.

THOUGH.

I forgot my camera. So all the photos on this blog-post was taken by my lovely friend Kristen or her camera.

Thank you for the photos Kristen.

Quite a lot happened, but all in all. It was pretty much just amazing.
We did lovely things such as visit the beach, watch old John Cleese movies and picnic. I didn't go to one gig, which is a first for a Durban vacation. We had a few parties, played some pool, some jenga, some black-horse-vodka-pong. NOT TO MENTION OWNED AT 30 SECONDS.

I picked myself up a stekkie. Most commonly known as my buddy -now boyfriend; what a queer word- Phil.

I simply adore him.

After that my stekkie and I both got ourselves some New shoes.

His is on the left, Signature Jamie Thomas Fallens. Mine on the right, Signature Tom Delonge Macbeths. They're pretty kiff and they make you want to start singing Paolo Nutini's New Shoes song.

After this I came back home, Kristen went back to Cape town and Philip went to Grahamstown. Where there was an outbreak of toy soldiers and Lego houses.

It was a great vacation.
Which I will NEVER forget.
I miss those summer nights.

DEAROLDLOVE.

Howdy 'Do

Seems like I change my hair every time you break my heart, maybe hoping that you won’t recognize me, and will fall in love with me again.

Necessary Silence

This silence, while necessary, is heartbreaking.

I really love this site, I also really love this picture that I took of my dear friend Kristen at the local Zoo.
x.

Thanks Nicole.

It's So Angry.

Okay so even after the copious amounts of times my buddy Phil has told me my blog is EXTREMELY angry, I still didn't seem to give a damn. But last night I showed it to my other friend Kristen and she didn't seem to think I was all normal in my head, the word angry and why popped up quite a lot during our conversation (which might I say was on FBchat).

Anyway.
Buddy phil linked me to this site where all your dreams get made true because damn oh damn it's just SO CUTE:

Anyway, I wanna be like that guy when I grow up.
ALSO
I had an AMAZING find last night, as I got into bed I took my iPod to see what I'll listen to tonight. And can you believe it.
I own a band called |BLACK LUNGS| I've never been this happy in my life. Man.

Black lung send's it's regards.
